Austin, as I read what you wrote I thought that maybe you didn’t really understand the Bible. Perhaps your church chose to believe only in some excerpts from the book, those ones that are more convenient for your personal outdated interests.
In my beliefs, immoral is to prefer to be a hypocrite, defending cruelty to those ones in suffer than to admit that the better path is to teach men to be good, maybe Christian, do not rape or abandon pregnant women than to come here and tell me that you can’t tolerate this or that.
Go back, read the Bible again. Maybe you will learn one or two things.
